Personal Training.
Custom programming, one-on-one.
What the practice looks like.
Every program is tailored to your goals, your experience, and your lifestyle. We start with how you move today, then build progressive strength and conditioning with a focus on overall movement quality. Injury prevention and recovery are part of the plan from day one, so the work supports your body for the long term. From rebuilding after time away to higher-level athletic performance, every session is expert coaching, scaled to where you are and where you want to go.

What an hour actually looks like.
A general shape: every session is tailored, but the structure holds.
- 01
Warm-up
Targeted mobility and nervous-system prep tailored to the day's lifts.
- 02
Main lift
Progressive strength work with hands-on cueing and video review as needed.
- 03
Accessory + conditioning
Supporting movements and conditioning matched to your goals.
- 04
Down-regulate
Breathwork and stretching to leave the session recovered, not wrecked.
A quiet, four-step rhythm, repeated for as long as it serves you.
Assess
An honest look at how you move today: where you're strong, where you're guarded, where we can grow.
Design
A program written specifically for you, with goals, calendar, and body in mind. Nothing is copy-pasted.
Coach
Hands-on, technical sessions with the space to move well and the pressure to improve. Every rep counts.
Evolve
As you change, the plan changes. We revisit, re-test, and rewrite so training keeps compounding.
Enquire for single-session and package rates.
Multi-session packages are priced preferentially; see the Packages page for long-term rates.
- Athletic clothing you can move freely in
- Clean indoor training shoes
- A water bottle
If you want a bootcamp-style class or a coach who counts reps and checks their phone, this isn't the fit.
I'm brand new to lifting. Is this for me?
Yes. Beginners often see the fastest gains because we build the technical base properly from day one.
I have an old injury. Can we still work?
Almost always. We'll assess and program around it, and coordinate with your PT or clinician when it helps.
How often should I train?
Two to three sessions per week is the sweet spot for most clients, supplemented with your own training on off days.
