About — Coach & Practice

A practice built on
precision & presence.

Strength by Anya is a small, deliberate coaching practice — strength, boxing, and Fascial Stretch Therapy for clients who want the work done right.

The short version

A coach for the long arc.

Strength by Anya is a private coaching practice built around three disciplines — strength training, boxing, and Fascial Stretch Therapy. The through-line is care: unhurried attention to how you move, why you move that way, and what to do about it.

Clients arrive for different reasons — rebuilding after time away, chasing a specific goal, or finally investing in a body they've spent years neglecting. The work looks different for each of them. The philosophy doesn't.

Every program is written for the person in front of me — not the average of everyone I've ever coached.

The Practice

Four principles that quietly shape every session.

01Principle

Attention

Small roster, unhurried sessions, real presence. You are the only person on the floor with me for the hour.

02Principle

Precision

Movement is a craft. We refine mechanics session by session — the small things become the big things.

03Principle

Longevity

Training should make your next decade easier, not harder. Progress that outlasts a season.

04Principle

Honesty

No invented credentials, no gimmicks, no shortcuts. Just consistent work that compounds.

Studio Note

It doesn't get easier. You get better.

The goal isn't to make training small — it's to make you larger. More capable, more resilient, more at home in your own body. The gym is the workshop. Your life is the point.

Begin

Start with a conversation.

Every practice begins with a consultation. We talk through your history, your goals, and what a real program could look like for you.
