My Story

Why I do
this work.

The personal side of Strength by Anya: where I come from, who I serve, and what made me a coach.

Meet Anya

A coach for every body.

I'm Anya. I'm a certified personal trainer, boxing coach, and Fascial Stretch Therapist, and I train people the way I'd want to be trained: with patience, real attention, and genuine respect for the body in front of me. My clients span every age and ability, kids to seniors and everyone in between. Athletes working back from injury. Older adults living with Parkinson's. People with disabilities and special needs. Each one arrives with a different body and a different story, and each one gets a program built for theirs.

Women's hormonal health is personal for me. I've navigated my own hormonal challenges since I was young, so supporting women through postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and chronic imbalances isn't a service I tacked on. It's work I care about deeply. My approach is always tailored and compassionate, because I believe every body deserves to move well and feel strong, and I build every plan around that.

I've had my share of sports injuries, so I know what pain feels like, and I know that stuck, unsure place where you don't know where to begin. I also know what becomes possible with the right approach, the right support, and the right mindset, because I've lived on both sides of it.

Why I started

"I'll meet you where you are, literally and figuratively."

Whether you're recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, chasing a goal, or just beginning, I'll meet you where you are today, literally and figuratively. With in-home, one-on-one training and Fascial Stretch Therapy, we'll build strength and resilience that lasts, from the inside out.

From the coach

Training that meets you where you are.

I built this practice around people, not templates. Whatever brings you here, stepping back into movement after injury, finding your footing in a new chapter of your health, or going after something specific, I'll learn how you move, listen to what you're carrying, and shape the work to you, then keep adjusting it as you grow.
