Cancellation Policy.
A small roster and unhurried sessions only work if scheduling is respected on both sides. Here's the agreement.
1. Rescheduling window
Sessions can be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. Requests inside 24 hours will be accommodated when possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
2. Late cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are charged in full. Package sessions cancelled inside this window count as used.
3. No-shows
Sessions missed without notice are charged in full and count as a used session for package clients.
4. Illness & emergencies
If you're unwell — genuinely unwell — please stay home. Bona fide illness and true emergencies are always handled with common sense and human judgment. Reach out and we'll figure it out.
5. Coach cancellations
On the rare occasion Anya must cancel, you will be offered the next available slot at no cost, or a credit toward a future session.
6. Package expiry
Packages are valid for six months from date of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Refunds
Individual sessions and packages are non-refundable. Package balances may, at Anya's discretion, be transferred to another client in exceptional circumstances.
