Boxing.
Craft, footwork, power.

What the practice looks like.
Boxing trains the whole athlete at once: footwork, rhythm, timing, and conditioning in a single session. Every session is technical and challenging, whether you're stepping into the sport for the first time or sharpening skills you already have.
- Stance, footwork, and defensive fundamentals
- Combination work on pads and heavy bag
- Conditioning that mirrors real fight demands
- Duration
- 50 minutes
- Format
- One-on-one
- Best For
- Stress relief through boxing: footwork, defence, cardio, and real technique.
What an hour actually looks like.
A general shape: every session is tailored, but the structure holds.
- 01
Shadow + footwork
Warm up the feet and hands, drill stance, movement, and defense.
- 02
Pad rounds
Live combinations with real feedback: power, angles, and defense under fatigue.
- 03
Bag or conditioning
Rounds on the heavy bag or a focused conditioning finisher.
- 04
Cool-down
Stretch, breath, and a note on what to sharpen before next time.
A quiet, four-step rhythm, repeated for as long as it serves you.
Assess
An honest look at how you move today: where you're strong, where you're guarded, where we can grow.
Design
A program written specifically for you, with goals, calendar, and body in mind. Nothing is copy-pasted.
Coach
Hands-on, technical sessions with the space to move well and the pressure to improve. Every rep counts.
Evolve
As you change, the plan changes. We revisit, re-test, and rewrite so training keeps compounding.

First session includes a short technical intake so we can build from the fundamentals up.
- Hand wraps (loaner wraps available for your first session)
- Athletic clothing and clean indoor shoes
- Water and a small towel
This isn't a sparring gym. If your goal is amateur competition, I'll happily refer you.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. Total beginners are welcome; we build technique properly from the first stance drill.
Will we ever spar?
No. Sessions are technical and pad-based. You'll build real skill without taking punches.
Do I need my own gloves?
Not for your first session. Once you're staying, personal wraps and gloves are worth the small investment for hygiene.
